My logs light, but after 15 mins start to smell like they are burning and then shut themselves off. This problem has gotten worse since they were here. I have contacted them multiple times to have them come back out to look and they will not return my call. I will not hire this company again. Update as of 12/20/2022 Update to my review: after talking with the company they have made things right with me. Their customer service was quick to respond to my review. Seems there was some technology issues at play screwed up the callbacks."
