Alex knew exactly what was wrong with the gas burners on our range. He was quick to respond and tracked down the part needed for our older stove. Would hire him to repair our other appliances in the future.

Home Advisor was sent through Angi.Service tech fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.I had to enter credit card to set up the appointment.I didn't think I would have a problem with the billing portion of the hire.I wasn't home at the time and my husband handled the service.He paid the tech in cash and even gave him a tip.He must have pocketed the cash and billed the company as well.magine the anger I had when my credit card was dinged after having paid him.Company would not credit back the amount on the repair to my credit card.I called and was told that it couldn't be done.And just why NOT?We paid for the service twice!I would think you would do a thorough background check of the companies ans employees being hired.Unfortunately,you dropped the ball on this one.I will not recommend Angi to anyone for repair of anything.In my case,"It's buyer beware."Sevice performing job was Home Advisor,Alex Service

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable!

He was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem with the front-loaded clothes washer almost immediately. He had to order a new pump, but was back the next day to install it, which he did quickly and efficiently .

Very good work

Alex was very friendly. He was sometimes hard to understand because of his Spanish accent. But other than that, everything was exactly as he said. His estimate is what we paid. He is very knowledgeable.

Excellent response and repair. Would definitely use again if needed. Invoicing was slightly problematic. Sent by email. I couldn't recognize the sender name, so for safety, I had to transfer it to an isolated machine before opening. It was the invoice, as expected, but can't be too careful these days.
