Our project was unique in that we live at a condo, so you have to get a drawing and scope of work submitted to our condo association for approval. Serene Aqua Landscaping was the only one to send us the required drawing, so they really stood out to me from the start. Rob has been a great communicator throughout the process and timely responded to my multiple emails before, during, and after project completion. His team of guys are hard-working, respectful, and meticulous to details. "The owner of the company came out and gave us a quote for a badly deteriorated awning that was 10 years old that had been bought and at another vendor. We had called the original vendor for service but they blew us off (apparently the job wasn't worth their time). Kinzer measured the material gave us the cost estimate and timeframe to install of six weeks. The schedule was right on and install took about 90 minutes. I highly recommend them as a small business where the customer comes first."

"This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their sales rep worked with us to design a solution that met our needs and our budget. As we progressed I had several detailed questions and concerns and they addressed all of them quickly. We elected to use flexible scheduling to give them the time they needed to do an excellent job. They handled all of the permits and inspections, the entire project went very smoothly. They demoed and removed our old patio and cover, prepared the site, poured a new slab with footer, installed a new cover that was a vast improvement over the original, and restored the site before closing out the project. Our new patio and cover is much brighter and cleaner than the original, and with its modern construction materials and design it is much cooler despite being in the full summer sun. Five stars!"
