Best patio pros near Oregonia, OH

"We are so pleased with our experience with Rob and his team! We had reached out to nearly 25 companies to get quotes for our patio project. Serene Aqua Landscaping was one of only two companies that returned our phone calls. Our project was unique in that we live at a condo, so you have to get a drawing and scope of work submitted to our condo association for approval. Serene Aqua Landscaping was the only one to send us the required drawing, so they really stood out to me from the start. Rob has been a great communicator throughout the process and timely responded to my multiple emails before, during, and after project completion. His team of guys are hard-working, respectful, and meticulous to details. It is not easy working at a condo, but the guys were always mindful of the other residents and cleaned up their work space every evening. We have gotten so many positive comments about patio from the condo association and other residents. We love our patio and use it every day! Thanks Rob and your team for a fantastic job! -Mike & Laura"

"Where do I begin? Mario and his crew were punctual and efficient, executed all of the work agreed upon, allowed us to add work while he was here, cleaned up after themselves everyday, virtually took no breaks and our work was over multiple days in the heat later summer and early summer with tons of rain. They even blew off my patio with the leaf blower without me asking. He and his crew smile and always seem to go the extra mile. I would hire him again (and will later this fall) in a heartbeat. Oh yeah....he beat other landscapers prices significantly. I have had 4 landscapers over the years and every one of them would show up late and sometimes not at all, try to cut corners, and would get irritated or flat out refuse if we asked them a question or discussed if we could adjust something at added cost to ourselves. Mario is nothing like that and he is willing to work with his clientele to give them what they want. In a time when it’s difficult to find people who want to do a job and do it well, Mario and his crew made the entire process easy and a pleasure. The results were fantastic."

"Deck Renewal Systems delivered a beautiful, quality deck for our home! We are pleased with the outcome. The team was responsive, helped us to select a great material, was able to leverage existing framing (saved us money) and ensured the new deck was reinforced with updated support posts. They even flexed to accommodate our last minute decision to add a patio with another vendor so that the deck and patio worked together. The team was hard working and a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend if you're looking to add a beautiful deck to your home!"

"We got a 350 paver patio, firepit and seat wall in our back yard. We also had Chris and team fill in an empty area with weed barrier and creek jack (stone). We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). If you want a paver patio, walkway, retaining walls, etc.. done right the first time, call Yanton's, they will do it right. We couldn't be more pleased with the patio."

"I am very satisfied with the work I had done by Fox Renovations. Jon and his crew repaired and replaced sections on my privacy fence and finished the job in one day. They showed up when they told me they would and completed the work very quickly."

"the owner himself did the installation! awning was in earlier than expected and it looks/works perfectly. every one from the salesman, Joe Allen to the ownrr was very friendly and i couldnt have asked for more. Ieven saved $1500.00 over the competitors price for the same product. I recommend Kinser fully."

"Clarke was very helpful in suggesting how to do the patio enclosure and we love it"

"What I liked most about Cincy Premium Exterior was their attention to detail. They totally transformed our backyard by resurfacing our deck and putting up railings. They worked extremely hard from the time they showed up, until quitting time. I would recommend them to everyone if you want a job done right!"

"Kevin and his team did a great job on our new patio.  Started with a visit to the work site and a timely and professional quote.  There where some delays to starting work due to consistent raining this summer but Kevin routinely kept us updated on the changing schedule.  The day before work began Kevin returned to verify what work would be performed.  All work was completed in  the expected time.  During removal of the old patio some brick came off the house where the old concrete patio overlapped the brick.  Kevin modified his plan to be able to correct this.  Before they left on the final day they cleaned up the work area very well and even filled in some small ruts that were in the grass.  We now have a beautiful area that we are pleased to invite our friends and family over to enjoy with us.

"Needed an additional section of our basement finished. By far one of the best contractors we have worked with on a project. From the time we had the first call to the time the job was finished these guys were on point. Rob was great to work with, very responsive and delivered exactly what we agreed upon. Quality of work was excellent. Would definitely hire again."
