Our project was unique in that we live at a condo, so you have to get a drawing and scope of work submitted to our condo association for approval. Serene Aqua Landscaping was the only one to send us the required drawing, so they really stood out to me from the start. Rob has been a great communicator throughout the process and timely responded to my multiple emails before, during, and after project completion. His team of guys are hard-working, respectful, and meticulous to details. It is not easy working at a condo, but the guys were always mindful of the other residents and cleaned up their work space every evening. Mario and his crew were punctual and efficient, executed all of the work agreed upon, allowed us to add work while he was here, cleaned up after themselves everyday, virtually took no breaks and our work was over multiple days in the heat later summer and early summer with tons of rain. They even blew off my patio with the leaf blower without me asking. He and his crew smile and always seem to go the extra mile. I would hire him again (and will later this fall) in a heartbeat. Oh yeah....he beat other landscapers prices significantly. I have had 4 landscapers over the years and every one of them would show up late and sometimes not at all, try to cut corners, and would get irritated or flat out refuse if we asked them a question or discussed if we could adjust something at added cost to ourselves. Mario is nothing like that and he is willing to work with his clientele to give them what they want. In a time when it’s difficult to find people who want to do a job and do it well, Mario and his crew made the entire process easy and a pleasure. The results were fantastic."

"Mike and his crew from JRS completed a total patio redesign project for the backyard at my residence. This included the installation of a substantial concrete pad, Pergola, privacy fence, railings and steps, running of electric for a hot tub, and installation of an outdoor ceiling fan and TV. Mike was fair with his costs and projections, was true to his word, there were no surprises throughout the course of the project; which took 6 months to complete from time of contract signing to finalization. Mike was easy to work with and was flexible when I added to the original agreed upon plan (outdoor ceiling fan and tv installation). They performed all work as promised, which also included an excellent job of clean up and reseeding my backyard. More than anything, the quality of the work performed was exceptional. Mike and his crew took pride in their work, my new backyard / patio is an awesome space now! I couldn't be happier!
