Serene Aqua Landscaping was one of only two companies that returned our phone calls. Our project was unique in that we live at a condo, so you have to get a drawing and scope of work submitted to our condo association for approval. Serene Aqua Landscaping was the only one to send us the required drawing, so they really stood out to me from the start. Rob has been a great communicator throughout the process and timely responded to my multiple emails before, during, and after project completion. His team of guys are hard-working, respectful, and meticulous to details. It is not easy working at a condo, but the guys were always mindful of the other residents and cleaned up their work space every evening. We have gotten so many positive comments about patio from the condo association and other residents. We love our patio and use it every day! "Where do I begin? Mario and his crew were punctual and efficient, executed all of the work agreed upon, allowed us to add work while he was here, cleaned up after themselves everyday, virtually took no breaks and our work was over multiple days in the heat later summer and early summer with tons of rain. They even blew off my patio with the leaf blower without me asking. He and his crew smile and always seem to go the extra mile. I would hire him again (and will later this fall) in a heartbeat. Oh yeah....he beat other landscapers prices significantly. I have had 4 landscapers over the years and every one of them would show up late and sometimes not at all, try to cut corners, and would get irritated or flat out refuse if we asked them a question or discussed if we could adjust something at added cost to ourselves. Mario is nothing like that and he is willing to work with his clientele to give them what they want. In a time when it’s difficult to find people who want to do a job and do it well, Mario and his crew made the entire process easy and a pleasure. The results were fantastic."

"Deck Renewal Systems delivered a beautiful, quality deck for our home! We are pleased with the outcome. The team was responsive, helped us to select a great material, was able to leverage existing framing (saved us money) and ensured the new deck was reinforced with updated support posts. They even flexed to accommodate our last minute decision to add a patio with another vendor so that the deck and patio worked together. The team was hard working and a pleasure to work with. "We got a 350 paver patio, firepit and seat wall in our back yard. We also had Chris and team fill in an empty area with weed barrier and creek jack (stone). We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). If you want a paver patio, walkway, retaining walls, etc.. done right the first time, call Yanton's, they will do it right. We couldn't be more pleased with the patio."

"Mike and his crew were professional and punctual. They worked really hard and took pride in their work. They started and finished when they promised. His team replaced the floor boards in our deck, fixed a drainage problem by our porch, replaced our concrete walkway with pavers, took down a tree in front of our house, and replaced the border of our landscaping with stones. His bid for the work was very competitive and I would hire him again. It was great to have one contractor who could do all this work at one time."

"I already gave a review after they finished my porch a bad man cave .. just amazing ! Always on time, always professional and got the job done as they promised . The reason I am writing another review is that I hired another company to finish patio. .my biggest mistake. LTB is always busy but I should wait for them. I would never give any project to anyone just to LTB construction and Yuri company. Not just they beat anyone price the most important is the work they do. And they are very proud of it. Perfect!
