"BE AWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE AND NOT TELL YOU UNTIL THE END! I put a request on Angi to have a leak inspected and got a call from them the next day saying they could have someone out in 30 minutes. The man came and inspected and said he would come up with plan. Didn't hear back for 4 days and the problem was alreay fixed. At the end of the inspection he said that will be 129.95 for today. WHAT? That is something you should tell someone in advance!! I called to talk about this with them and was hung up on by a guy named Mike. "OK, Thank You!" was all he could muster before hanging up the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

They cleaned up at the end of every day. They involved me at every step (e.g., Is this grab bar at the right height? Do you prefer narrower grout lines for this wall tile?). Unlike so many horror stories in which contractors simply vanish after doing only half the work, the Carver team shows up every day until the job is finished. The materials have all been high quality and beautiful. Their work has always been worth every penny. I have recommended Carver to multiple people, and would absolutely work with them again."

Shane arrived on time and confirmed the diagnosis that I had received from another local company. Chimney Care is upfront with their pricing (unlike their competition) and completed the work as expected. I highly recommend calling this company first and do not waste your time with others."

"I am disappointed with my finished product. Unfortunately, the designer that I initially worked with is no longer with the company. I begin trying to get a resolution in October 2024 and I finally received an e-mail in May 2025 regarding my design. I do not understand why it took so long for a reply but I guess better late than never. Bottom line, I am not happy with the finished product and I am even more unhappy with the customer service I received from this business."

We enjoy the beautiful, large front porch/gazebo he built on the front of our home, and we will enjoy the large decking which was added around the above ground pool, finished just this summer.
