As we progressed I had several detailed questions and concerns and they addressed all of them quickly. We elected to use flexible scheduling to give them the time they needed to do an excellent job. They handled all of the permits and inspections, the entire project went very smoothly. They demoed and removed our old patio and cover, prepared the site, poured a new slab with footer, installed a new cover that was a vast improvement over the original, and restored the site before closing out the project. Our new patio and cover is much brighter and cleaner than the original, and with its modern construction materials and design it is much cooler despite being in the full summer sun. Five stars!"

Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. "Brandon and his crew dug a 3 foot deep 75 foot long ditch for a new water line through a heavily landscaped terrace where a mechanical ditch cutting machine could not be used. I cannot begin to describe all the ways they were thoughtful about the project and careful to preserve the existing landscape. He had to reschedule the first meeting for the job estimate because of a time conflict, but we met the next day. The following day his crew showed up and completed the project in just two day. The ditch location required cutting through hard clay. The company can apparently do many different kinds of projects besides landscaping. I will definitely hire Brandon and his crew again for other projects."
