"I hired Pristine clean services LLC to perform a move out cleaning and carpet steaming on a rental property. They were able to accommodate me on a very short notice. The owner did a house walk through and we detailed out the items to be cleaned ahead of time and then when the cleaning was completed we did another walk through and they touched up any item I requested. I was extremely impressed with the quality as were my realitor and new renter. The house was immaculate when they left, and no hidden fees or up charges, very transparent from the beginning. Steam cleaned all carpeted areas with focus on removing pet hair/stains, I was happy with the result and they were prompt with the service. As with all carpet cleaning the carpet was wet after longer than the 8 hours expected but this is normal in my opinion and I used fans to accelerate the drying process. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends and family."

On the actual cleaning day, the crew of 3 arrived on time and they did a good job. One of them even used a toothbrush to scrub the tracks of the windows. I found a couple of small things that were missed, but they had a big job as my house cleaning had been "let go" while I had a long illness.
