"I hired Pristine clean services LLC to perform a move out cleaning and carpet steaming on a rental property. They were able to accommodate me on a very short notice. The owner did a house walk through and we detailed out the items to be cleaned ahead of time and then when the cleaning was completed we did another walk through and they touched up any item I requested. I was extremely impressed with the quality as were my realitor and new renter. The house was immaculate when they left, and no hidden fees or up charges, very transparent from the beginning. Steam cleaned all carpeted areas with focus on removing pet hair/stains, I was happy with the result and they were prompt with the service. As with all carpet cleaning the carpet was wet after longer than the 8 hours expected but this is normal in my opinion and I used fans to accelerate the drying process. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends and family."

I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "My house was in desperate need of cleaning(4 bedroom, 3.5 bath). My inquiry to the service for a quote was answered very quickly, and they came out for the estimate the next day I was available. On the actual cleaning day, the crew of 3 arrived on time and they did a good job. One of them even used a toothbrush to scrub the tracks of the windows. I found a couple of small things that were missed, but they had a big job as my house cleaning had been "let go" while I had a long illness. I was delighted and decided to use them monthly, I hope it is the same crew every time. (English is not their primary language, you will need to listen carefully and speak clearly.)"
