"Excellent skill level. We used Ed 3 years ago to clean our dryer vent in our condo and received the same excellent service. In fact he uncovered a serious problem. We had just moved into our condo and they had just put on new roofs. The roofing company had forgotten to remove a chimney cap of some sort while they were putting on the new roof which would have trapped the heat from the dryer. This year we received the same excellent service when we had Ed out to clean our dryer vent. He is very customer service oriented!"
