"He cleaned vent from where it enters house from outside and also from where dryer vent enters wall in laundry room. To access from outside he had to climb up ladder to reach since laundry room is on second floor. I could see that he removed a lot of lint. Hard to tell if he removed everything since you obviously cannot see through vent but we could see that dryer vent flaps on outside were showing decent air flow with dryer running.
