"They were very professional, wore little booties, and cleaned up after themselves. They explained the entire process and they made recommendations for different things that weren't on the list of things that they were supposed to do. They were courteous and they completed the job in the estimated time they said it would. I think the farthest south they go is Liberty Township and Westchester area. They don't go into Cincinnati area. It wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most expensive, I have a very large house so I think it was affordable, it is a 2800 square foot house so there are a lot of ducts and things. We had over 20 ducts and they gave me a five percent discount for cash. They told me what they would do over the phone and gave me a price. They gave me a discount on the dryer duct since they were going to be out here anyways. They came at a time that was convenient for me."
