Their professionalism was outstanding! They were not only punctual, but were able to come out early which was great for me. They took the time to answer all my questions as if I was the only person I was going to see today. They were knowledgeable and whoever hired him did a great job. His name was David. I will definitely recommend them and use them, again.

Easy to use online scheduling with a $15 discount if scheduled on a day they were already scheduled in your area. Very professional with focus on the carpet and the job at hand. Arrived on time and finished when expected. No preaching and no politics just knowledgeable about carpet and the solutions and no chemical smells. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to others. Great experience!

It went quite well. This provider is prompt and on time. Their original estimate didn't include the pet cleaning option but we wanted it really clean so for an additional $100 we got that and didnt' regret it at all. The home is lovely now.

completely all the way to the roof.Arrived right on time. Explained exactly what he was going to do each step of the way. It was obvious watching him work that he knew what he was doing. He cleaned the dryer and the vent all the way to the roof. He showed me what was removed and even let me feel the hose so I could feel the lint and debris going into the shop vac. Roof vent was completely impacted. No wonder our clothes wouldn't dry. We will definitely use him in the future. Dryer is working like new.

Awesome service provided. Have used three times and would not go to anyone else. You probably could find a cheaper provider and I have in the past but Earth Pro does a far better job of cleaning the carpet than anyone I have ever used.

Our experience with EarthPro was topnotch. The owner/operator is professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. He clearly demonstrated that he knows his craft and that he takes pride in that craft. He explained what services he offers, but wasn't pushy in the least. He welcomed questions and having us observe the work he was doing.. The end results far exceeded our expectations. This was easily one of the best experiences we have had with work done on our house and will definitely use EarthPro again.

David came to clean out my dryer vent since I was having no success with my dryer. The clothes were not getting dried. I had had new siding put on my house and David told me that the dryer vents outside should have been covered but they were not. When David finally got all his cleaning equipment and vacuums going, a birds nest and dead birds were pushed out. David told me that the birds had been stuck inside of the venting when the siding people put the cap on the outside vent. I was so lucky that David cleaned out my dryer vents since I could have had a fire.

The owner arrived promptly and prevacuumed the carpeting before doing stain removal treatment. The walkway high traffic area was literally black and we had already decided if the carpeting couldn't be satisfactorily cleaned we would have to replace it. By the time the technician was done with the job, the carpeting looked 1000% better than we could have ever hoped and we didn't have to spend money to have it replaced.

"Thank you for your review, the price was a little higher for the reason the carpets have not been cleaned in so long. Their were also multiple stains including paint, pet, wax, and ink stains that had to be removed prior to cleaning. Rotary Extraction was used to revive carpets. Thank you so much for the review."

I contacted David and had a quick return call to set up an estimate. He measured and gave me an estimate for several rooms I wanted cleaned. I was pleased with the price and his professionalism and went ahead and scheduled an appointment. He was punctual for the appointment and did an awesome job.
