Excellent. Technician went above and beyond for no addition cost.

Clothes in dryer were not drying. After dryer vent was cleaned from utility room through attic to roof outlet and dryer hose was replaced, dryer is working 100% again. Tech also found a burned area which could have started a fire. He was very professional. Price was reasonable. Follow up after initial call was quick.

Great! He analyzed the situation, replaced a tube from the dryer to the wall, cleaned out the whole vent all the way to the outside and then tested it to see how it was working.

Ken was very friendly and professional. with the dryer on, he measured the airflow at only one third of normal. He then used his rotary cleaning tool (from the vent exit outside with the dryer on) to remove the lint build-up. The amount of lint extracted was unbelievable (almost a bushel full). Following his cleaning and inspection of the dryer, the dryer vent airflow tripled. This was an eye-opener! We plan to have his repeat this service in about three years. I would highly recommend this owner-operated service.

Whatever the deal was, they honored it. This gentleman he was there this was practically an emergency. He came quickly, and got the work done, Oh my gosh the stuff he pulled out of the dryer. There was a birds nest in the dryer vent and it was one of those classic you better get this done situations. He did a great job. I don't remember whether I asked him about precautions. The dryer vent needs to be cleaned out annually.

Could not have been better!! Absolutely the best service in town. Very complete inspection identified a poorly installed roof vent, that had screen still installed (code violation) and missing back draft damper - which was replaced over a year ago with a new roof. On kens recommendation I called roofing company and had them change out the vent. Ken cleaned the vent from top to bottom, and completely cleaned the residual mess up from both inside and out. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Dryer working fantastic now

Ken arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. He had no problem figuring out how to get to the root of my problem. Very thorough--attacked the vent down from the roof, up from inside, and from the dryer itself. He also gave me some tips and ideas on how to prevent build up and how to clean portions I can reach myself. He was here a good 2.5 hours, but wow--what difference! My 14 year old Whirlpool dries like new.

Ken was on time, and very courteous. He took the time to explain everything and answer my many questions. After his inspection, which included crawling into a tight attic crawlspace, he presented two options, one redirecting a poorly installed vent, or building a new vent which was cheaper. He suggested that the cheaper route was better for us, and we were able to move the dryer closer to the washer. So that's what we did, he completed the work the same day in just a couple of hours. Couldn't be happier with the service, job well done! I would highly recommend this company.

The dryer vent cover was replaced and the dryer vent hose system was cleaned,along with the dryer lint screen.The service visit was on time and Mr.Mladonicky explained what he was going to do after an evaluation and inspection. I recommenced him to several friends and family. He asked that I review the work and then settle the charges.He did excellent work and my dryer is working 100% better.

We noticed that we were having to put a single load of clothes through 2-3 drying cycles in order to ensure each load was fully dry. We were also experiencing a bunch of water from the dryer vent exhaust pooling on the floor. So we called Dryer Vent Wizard of Dayton to schedule an appointment. The owner, Ken, actually came out to do the work! He discovered that we actually had a bird's next blocking our dryer vent that vented through the roof. We discussed one option where he would have to go into the attic to cut part of the ducting to remove the next. But when he began cleaning the dryer vent in the laundry room, he was able to remove the nest completely without having to go into the attic to cut away part of the dryer vent ducting! He did an excellent job & we will definitely be recommending him to everyone & using his company again in the future!

Ken did a great job. He was very professional, knowledgable and informative. We most likely prevented a fire by having Ken fix our vent cover and clean our vent and dryer. We had charred lint that could have ignited by running out dryer over and over trying to get our clothes dry. We are extremely happy with the service provided and the results. We will be calling Ken annually to clean out vent going forward.

Ken Miadonicky did an excellent job!  It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and Ken called before hand to let us know he was on his way.  He was very professional, and did a wonderful job working with the problems that can arise with a home that is over 100 years old.  Ken thoroughly explained everything that was needed. We were very fortunate to catch this problem when we did, and we were very fortunate to have a professional like Ken help fix the problem.  We would highly recommend his company!
