"They redesigned my engagement ring to blend with a wedding ring. The engagement ring was bought at another jeweler. I was very pleased with the results. They are very accommodating whenever I need my jewelry cleaned. Nice store and very pleasant."

"I couldn't be happier with the work that Brian his crew did.
I usually do most of the house repair/update work myself and have had experiences refinishing my floors on my 1st floor when I originally purchased the house 13yrs ago. I was planning on refinishing the floors up on the 2nd floor but had never applied polyurethane before and was concerned with achieving a quality finish.

I had originally reached out to Brian and inquired about them doing the whole job the week prior but he was booking for mid to late October, which wasn't going to work for me, so I ended up sanding the floors myself over the weekend. When I researched which polyurethane to use it became very overwhelming regarding everyone's opinions on which brand to use or not to use, water based vs. oil, etc....
I gave Brian a call back to see if they just could apply the polyurethane finish and if there might be ANY possibility that he could fit me into his schedule ASAP. I had other work to do on the room but couldn't continue till I got the polyurethane applied to the floors. Brian was great. He spent time explaining to me the materials he uses, why he uses water-based polyurethane, explained that they usually DO NOT just do the application and that he couldn't guarantee the quality of the sanding I had done and would only back the application of the polyurethane 100%.
it turned out that they were working a job a city over and since I was only looking for an application that it would work out ideally for them.
Brian stopped out the next day, reviewed the job, gave me an estimate and applied the sealer coat during that same visit.
They stopped back the next day, applied the 1st coat of Poly in the AM, came back end of the day, sanded the initial coat of Poly, applied the 2nd and final coat of Ploy, and where on their way.
I couldn't be happier. I've had horrible experiences with contractor this summer on our remodel and Brain was extremely polite, professional, prompt and did what he said he was going to do. GREAT guys to deal with.
I would recommend them to ANYONE!

"It was amazing. It was a very stressful time and event and Tim Aurand was cool, calm and collected. He is an honest, hardworking man and I feel very fortunate to have had that particular employee/franchisee assigned to my claim.
He did everything he promised to do; called when he said he would; arrived and left when he said he would.
I would call Tim for assistance for any job of this sort.

"Overall, it was an excellent experience under the circumstances of a flooded basement. They came on time, removed the wet carpeting and set up all the fans to dry out basement.  They returned each day to check on them and when it was all done cleared out everything and left it as good as possible.  They were so nice and punctual.  I recommend them highly.

"I removed old carpet and padding from the living and dining rooms. The hardwood flooring had beautiful grain and character, but also a lot of damage. Some of the wood grain was raised and there were a lot of stains, some of which were black. I thought it might be a lost cause, but contacted Teppo Interiors through Angie's List for an opinion on refinishing and an estimate.
Kevin Teppo described the process and what results I could realistically expect. It wasn't a lost cause, but it would not be like new either. He was more optimistic about the results than I. He pointed out the crack in the ceiling and that there was no quarter-round on the woodwork, both of which his crew could take care of. There was no pressure to sign or up-selling. I appreciated that.
They were able to start on the job earlier than expected, which was perfect. I removed everything from both rooms.
Evening before sanding: They taped and plastered the ceiling crack. I applied two coats of paint. That was not expected of me but I had the time. It was one less thing for them to do the next morning.
Day 1: Three man crew arrived on time, sanded the floors and applied the walnut stain. I was warned about the fumes, so I boarded my dog for this time frame. The doorways were sealed with plastic to keep the fumes contained as well as possible.
Day 2-4: Sanding and a coat of polyurethane, 3 coats total. The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and polite.
Day 5: Quarter-round was installed. They moved the dining room table and TV stand back into the rooms. Job complete.

"I am very happy with the way the painting turned out. I had walls, ceilings and trim painted and all was done professionally and to a high standard. My painter, Tim, made sure everything was clean before leaving. Great!"

Buffing and Polishing FAQs, answered by experts

Use pH-neutral cleaners specifically designed for stone surfaces to clean granite or marble. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners that can damage the sealant or the stone itself. Regular re-sealing helps protect the surface from stains and damage.

Sweep daily, use appropriate cleaners, and avoid abrasive tools to maintain the shine.

The frequency for sealing marble countertops depends on several factors, including the quality and color of the stone, the type of sealant used, and the amount of traffic the surface receives. Marble has a porous surface that requires sealing to maintain its shine and resist scratches. As a general rule, you should seal countertops at least once a year. However, for heavily used surfaces, like those in a busy kitchen or family bathroom, you may need to reseal them every three to six months. Conversely, countertops in a rarely used guest bathroom might only need resealing every few years.

The restoration process often involves a team of professionals to address various types of damage. Depending on the situation, this can include general contractors, electricians, plumbers, mold remediation experts, and specialists in smoke and water damage.

Common causes include impact, heat, and improper cleaning agents. Regular maintenance prevents major issues.
