"The job was to remove ~ 3inches from the bottom of a cabinet to make room for a new and taller refrigerator. The Kitchen is 40 years old with Formica veneer on the cabinets. Neatnics did a superb job and had all of the tools to perform the job in one setting ( My husband was very impressed with all of the saws he had). When I walked into the kitchen from the garage, I did not even notice the difference in the length of the cabinet. That is how good it looked. The job took 4 hours. I was the one who hired for Neatnics while my husband wanted to get references from our neighbors. I was having mold issues from condensation coming through the drywall from duct work. He came up with a solution to fix the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening again. He went above and beyond with the prepping so I never had to clean up a mess from him like I did when the previous company tore the wall down to check where the mold was coming from. He did any amazing job painting everything and even went above and beyond by helping me install a new outlet cover to the ceiling where my garage door opener plug in. Very happy with Kris and already have plenty more projects in mind to hire him for!!"
