Craig and his team were great to work with and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. I recently had my home electrical service upgraded from 100 amp to 200 amp and CK Electric made the process very smooth. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time and their work passed Cleveland Heights inspection a few days later. Craig Kleinman does excellent work. Moreover, he kindly charged me only his estimated cost, even though the job turned out to be more involved and took longer than anticipated. A few weeks later, the power company moved the utility pole causing the line to my house to sag onto the neighbor’s roof. When I phoned them, the power company sent a representative who informed me that it was MY responsibility to tighten the line. I called Craig who explained to me that the rep was wrong; he told me what number to phone, whom to speak with, and what to say. As a result, the power company came back and finished the job correctly with no further expense or grief on my part. Thanks Craig.

We needed to modify our electrical service so that it would be up to code and pass inspection by the Shaker Heights Building Department. Craig came to our house at the scheduled time, understood what was required and promptly provided a detailed quotation. A competitive quote was obtained. The CK Electrical quote was more complete and the price was good. This job required coordination with the HVAC contractor. Craig had experience working with them. The work was done while the new air conditioning equipment was being installed. Coordination went very smoothly. Craig and his helper worked quicklyand efficiently to minimize the required interruption to our electrical service on one of the hotest days in 2013. All of the electrical work, including the new wiring in the new panel was very neat. Craig corrected an issue with improper neutral connection on our existing subpanel. Craig arranged for the Shaker Heights Building Department to inspect the work upon completion. Everything passed with no issues.
