I was having mold issues from condensation coming through the drywall from duct work. He came up with a solution to fix the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening again. He went above and beyond with the prepping so I never had to clean up a mess from him like I did when the previous company tore the wall down to check where the mold was coming from. He did any amazing job painting everything and even went above and beyond by helping me install a new outlet cover to the ceiling where my garage door opener plug in. "BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it!
