This seems to be another job entirely and also very expensive. The team that came to the house were hard workers and pleasant. ."

"3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."

"Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. They did a good job of cleaning out the landscaped areas. I just wish Francisco would have"

"I hired Evan to install a new lawn and trusted his professional advice. He assured me that if I paid extra for 4 inches of new soil, he could guarantee healthy grass. I followed all care instructions carefully, including watering and fertilizing as recommended. Despite that, the first lawn completely died, and the second one quickly became overrun with weeds. After spending over $7,000, I was left with a patchy, dead lawn. When I reached out for help, Evan deflected responsibility and pointed me to someone else, who also didn?t resolve the issue. I even took the matter to small claims court, but Evan didn?t show up. Extremely disappointed in both the quality of the work and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable landscaper."

Sal the owner as well as entire crew were some of the most professional men I have even worked with. From day one to the final day , they were prompt, thoural, and was very committed to doing a great job. they took great pride in their work and it showed greatly. I have pastored for past 35 years and worked with many companies on many jobs , but they were one of the finest companies I have seen work in my lifetime. Each day they cleaned up any messes left behind, listened to and then performed what even I asked them if they could do, and followed all instructions to the T. I was given a very fair price for the work that was being performed and even then they went above and beyond my expectation. Sal is one of the most honest men that is still around. he is the real deal. He will treat you right and the end result will leave you glad you chose them."
