Sal the owner as well as entire crew were some of the most professional men I have even worked with. From day one to the final day , they were prompt, thoural, and was very committed to doing a great job. they took great pride in their work and it showed greatly. I have pastored for past 35 years and worked with many companies on many jobs , but they were one of the finest companies I have seen work in my lifetime. Each day they cleaned up any messes left behind, listened to and then performed what even I asked them if they could do, and followed all instructions to the T. I was given a very fair price for the work that was being performed and even then they went above and beyond my expectation. Sal is one of the most honest men that is still around. he is the real deal. He will treat you right and the end result will leave you glad you chose them."

"Excellent. Parks Tree provided a quote and certificate of insurance. On the day of the tree removal the crew showed up early. As they removed the tree, the crew kept cleaning up the area. The tree came down in about half a day. Part of the crew stayed to grind the stump, spread dirt, grass seed and hay over the area where the tree had been. The crew was very personable. I recommend this company highly."

This project was complicated ( on a slope & old chimney was strapped to the existing structure) They removed the chimney without damaging the roof, house exterior, or the surrounding lawn. "Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. They did a good job of cleaning out the landscaped areas. I just wish Francisco would have"

"The initial consultation was great. Our patio was incorrectly installed and needed to be fixed. John (the owner) and his team did a great job explaining was the errors of the original contractor. They also did a good job with the fix of the patio. The problem is that they broke our sprinkler system, our landscape lighting during the project. Once the patio fix project was complete, John did not respond to most of the text I sent regarding the damage they caused. He did fix the sprinkler system but his team also broke the landscape lighting. It was a severed line which is easy to do. I would have highly rated if they fixed the severed line but he would not respond whenever I reached out."

"i was looking to replace a 35 year old driveway, Mardan Cement was recommended to me. I called and left a message to please contact me. Within a few hours i had a call back from Dan (owner) of the company. We set up appointment for him to come out and look over the project. He did a full measurement and gave me on the spot proposal. I had contacted 3 other companies, 1 was a no show, 1 was super high, and the last I had to call 3/4 times to ask for the quote. He told me he was bad at getting quotes out. needless to say Mardan got the job. On Saturday 7/22 received a call from Dan that they would like to start the job on Monday 7/24 around 11:30. True to his word the trucks,equipment and man power showed up. A good portion of the service walk way and old drive way were removed by 4:00pm. Tuesday the remainder for the driveway was gone, forms were in place and the gravel base were in place for inspection. The crew showed up at 7:30 Wednesday and the first load of cement followed around 8:00. By 3:30 that day we had a completed job. I only recommend people and companies that I know like and trust.
