Steve was very nice to work with and helped me solve the problem.

He took my money and never did the project. I contacted Home Advisor at least 10 times and never got a response. I'm out $1200.00 dollars with nothing to show for it. I highly DIS recommend both home advisor for it's lack of contact after the fact and the contractor for taking my money and not starting the project at all.

Project ran long when they finally showed up, need to adjust doors and door latch every time you use them, was told they would move dirt didn't happen. We really like these guys , very nice, but maybe they just had a busy couple of weeks, felt like we were second fiddle on their project list

We had a chain linked fence removed and a wood fence installed. Work was done in a timely manner. Excellent job done. Old fence was removed, my yard was left spotless.The whole crew was polite. We are very happy with the finished product.

Bad wind storm blew some of my facia off the top of my house and was looking for someone to come and take a look at it to repair/replace the fallen pieces. Left a message with Steve and he called me back promptly, came out on a Sunday and repaired the decent pieces but needed to make a new piece that was to damaged to be put back up. Really friendly definitely will be giving him my business when we remodel our bathroom.

I recently hired SAB Services for the removal of an existing fence, and installation of a new 6-ft. wood privacy fence along the same contour. Steve Britton and his associate completed the project in two work days, which was the estimated amount of time Steve told me the project would likely take before the project began. New fence looks nice and SAB Services went through the trouble of maintaining a consistent 6-ft. height of the fence for privacy, even though it was installed on somewhat uneven terrain. Steve took the time to explain various details of the project to me before the project began, during construction, and upon completion. SAB Services provided a one-year warranty on the new fence, and the price was certainly reasonable, especially when compared to some of SAB's competitors. Steve and his associate were both very professional, and debris/scrap from the fence removal/installation were not left behind in the yard. I would certainly hire SAB Services again, and recommend the company to others.

I would recommend Mr. Britton highly. He does good work at a fair price. In fact, he even did some things around here that he didn't even charge me for. He's just a real nice guy and treated me with respect. (I'm in a wheelchair and it wouldn't have been easy to take advantage; but he was very respectful.)
