Owner and operator Erich has over 20 years of experience in insurance disaster industry and has seen some of the worst damages you could imagine. Most damages could have been avoided my minor home upkeep and awareness of possible future issues in and around the home. He understands the importance of evaluating a property correctly and is incredibly thorough on every job he completes. Home buyers and home sellers need to also take into account the condition of the home there about to purchase. Most homeowners think there house is perfect but the fact is there is no perfect home. Buyers need to be aware of the risks of purchasing a home that might burden them with unknown out of pocket costs. We also do maintenance inspections that can be set up annually or even up every two or three years. The maintenance report will keep you on top of your project and ahead of future disasters.
