"I'm very disheartened by this misleading review. Especially since this job took place 2 1/2 years ago and at that time I spent an inordinate amount of effort to resolve this customers concerns. The facts are I provided a written estimate detailing the equipment to be installed. We installed that exact equipment for the exact price quoted. After the installation Mr [Member Name Removed] called me complaining about the price and equipment. He told me that he talked with some of his fellow coworkers who told him he should have purchased different models of the equipment at a lower price than he paid. He accused me of misleading him about the equipment. I referred him back to the written quote that he accepted and signed. After numerous conversations, some of which took place while I was out of town due to a death in my family, I offered to give Mr [Member Name Removed] a courtesy discount in a final attempt to resolve his complaint. I never knew anything about any attorney, and I was never contacted by an attorney representing Mr [Member Name Removed] . I met personally with this customer and gave him the courtesy discount in hopes that my efforts to resolve this matter would prove successful. I thought it did because he told me it did at the time. Now I see that all of the effort I made was fruitless in yielding a positive result with this customer. I have personally been in this business for 25 + years, and my family has been in the business for 60 + years. I recognize that every so often situations happen where a consumer/customer is not happy with the end result. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to find a way to resolve and solve any/all concerns with our customers. In this specific situation I have no apology to offer Mr [Member Name Removed]. I actually regret that I gave him a courtesy discount because it obviously didn't resolve the matter. Now 2 1/2 years later he writes an inaccurate review of the facts. Our 320 reviews speak clearly about how we conduct our business and treat our customers. We want everyone we touch to be 100% satisfied in every way.
