He examined the problem, and explained that they would have to go through the basement floor to reach the clog and replace the pipe. After giving him the ok, he went to work unclogging my drain. The job itself was much more time consuming and took a lot more effort than I imagined it would, but after two crews of plumbers and hours of work, they finally unclogged the drain! They were very courteous and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. I thought at first that the price was rather high, but after all the work they put into the job and the quality of the finished project, I'd say it was well worth the cost.
