"Outstanding customer service and quality work. They were on time, quoted me a fair price and got to work right away. Rob was friendly and knowledgeable. He found all the leaks and, when faced with an unusual piping structure, didn't flinch at getting in there and getting the job done right."

"Water was running into the house, so this had to be done quickly. When I called a technician came out within a couple of hours. He explained exactly what had to be done and why. An estimate was written. The work was done is less than 48 hours. I would recommend this company."

"This company was very responsive and professional. I called needing an emergency installation of an electrical line and box for a gas cooktop so that the cooktop could be connected. This was on a Tuesday evening and the line and box were installed the next morning. Matt Wehrie called to confirm the time of arrival that morning which was met. The charges for this service were quite reasonable. The installers were pleasant and professional. I would use this company any time that I have need of an electrician.

3/4 HP is stronger than 1/2 HP. Horsepower measures how much weight can be moved and how fast, or the power needed to move 550 pounds one foot in one second. 1 HP equals 550 foot-pounds per second, so the higher the horsepower, the heavier the load it can lift. While 1/2 HP is a standard, powerful option, 3/4 HP has the extra strength to handle heavier, larger doors with ease.

Repairs typically take 1-2 hours, while replacements, depending on accessibility, may require up to 4 hours.

Sewer ejector pumps need to be cleaned at least once a year by a professional. You shouldn’t attempt to clean it yourself because it can release sewer gasses that are toxic to humans and can be fatal. But to keep the system as clean as possible between professional inspection and cleaning services, be sure to only flush human waste and toilet paper. Avoid flushing items that can clog the system, like paper towels, grease, oil, or menstruation products.

DIY is possible for simple repairs. Professional services ensure proper diagnostics and long-term reliability.

There are several indicators that your washing machine’s drain pump is bad, including incomplete cycles, water not draining, lack of spinning, a foul odor when the machine is running, and a loud grinding or buzzing noise when the pump is trying to move water down the drain.
