"Trent did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom, exhibiting precision workmanship with having to ensure the walls were square and plumb, as well as leveling the uneven basement floor, and putting in a cool curved shower door. He put marble tile in the shower, making sure each tile was perfectly aligned with the others to get a mirror affect from a distance. He then graciously handled a curveball from the customer (that’s me!) when I decided to change the color of the grout AFTER one wall was done. He obliged and re-grouted to my satisfaction, with no harm done to the beautiful marble tiles!"

I did wait over a month for Gary to work on my project, but he is well worth the wait. (Frankly, I take that as a good sign that he is busy because that means he is very good.) He contacted me twice during the waiting period to let me know how far out he was from my project and then called me the week before he planned to start it. They are hard workers. I was going to use them for some other project but I ran out of time and money. It was a beautiful job. "Best experience EVER! Bernie got here right on time, brought all necessary tools, even brought his own padded blanket to lay on the floor while working on fan. He was here about 45 minutes and found it was a vibration caused by not having the blower motor physically "fixed" to the metal base. Sliding the motor forward under the fire box and adding a couple pieces of two-sided velcro fixed everything! We also talked about possibly adding a second switch to control the fan instead of it being regulated by the fireplace. But after thinking about it we decided it wasn't a good idea to bypass the regulator. Anyway, after all his time, he gathered up his tools and was ready to leave. I asked how much I owed him and he said. "Nothing, because I learned a little today." He literally wouldn't let me give him anything! What a great guy! We got the fireplace fixed, everyone will be happy, and it didn't cast me a thing. We have a new handyman for all our future needs. And we'll refer him to all others."
