"Totally understood the work to be done on a 150 year old post and beam barn. Was able to develop solutions for unforseen problems that were encountered. "I could not be more pleased with how things turned out. Trent is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. "A rare excellent experience. I have had a few bad ones in a row, but this was well above in quality of work, communication, value, service, courtesy, and promptness. I can recommend them with confidence. The project began with deck repair, but thanks to Moldez, I discovered a rotting sill plate and sub floor, and was able to complete the hidden damage repair, and the deck repair, without complications successfully."
