"I woke up Friday morning to no hot water at my home. I was given Aaron?s info later that morning from my cousin and called him around 3pm on my lunch hr. He met me at my house by 8pm THAT NIGHT to replace heating elements & thermostats in both of my water heaters. We weren?t sure this would work or if I would need to replace the units (having well water wreaks havoc on appliances over time) but he offered ?the cheaper fix? instead of just pushing new units which I appreciated. The repairs he performed got both units working properly but when we turned the water back on to the house, a leak had sprung at the main shutoff valve that had been damaged from years of exposure to the harsh well water. He immediately said ?well, looks like I?m not leaving?. He then proceeded without hesitation to replace the main valve that controls the water into my home. Had he not done that we wouldn?t have had ANY water for the night. He did awesome work and responded quickly to my immediate need!!!!!! "

"Nathan called me just an hour or so after I requested it on Angie he was willing to come over that day to check it out, but we waited till Monday after the holidays. He was here promptly at the time he said he was going to be He was up in the attic. I didn’t even know it. He was so quiet and so thorough. He did such an amazing job so quickly. I was just incredibly impressed. He was done within a couple of hours which shocked me. He asked me how I liked it. If there was anything I needed to change on it. He sent me a couple of emails prior letting me know what I needed to purchase a dimmer switch and some lightbulbs. It looks amazing. He did an amazing job. I would use him again if necessary. I did ask him about putting a vent in my garage for cigarette smoke for some people that come over we talked about that he talked about some interesting personal issues in his life, family friends. And a different variety of stuff. He was just very professional. "

"Everdry came to my home for a consultation, where we discovered a mold issue. We were informed that they would eradicate it, fix the leakage issue, and waterproof the basement. Upon learning this, we accepted their bid on July 28th. We were originally looking at starting the process in October, but they persuaded us to start on September 17th and offered us a lower price to start the process earlier. I felt like they were being pushy, and I was not prepared for them to start that soon. On the day they showed up, I was going to take some time to clear the area myself, but they were being aggressive and told me that they didn't have time for that. I received a call from Cierra asking if her team had started the project or if I had met Malachi (the supervisor). I had not, but they did start the project. Malachi was supposed to walk me through the process, but he never introduced himself to me. On day two, my home health aid witnessed the workers smoking weed on my property. They also destroyed my lawn and did not dispose of their waste. They didn't let me know that they were leaving for the day or anything. On day three, they claimed that they were wrapping up the project. I finally met Malachi, but he still did not formally walk me through the process. He didn't explain anything to me, but he demanded that I sign their paperwork. I refused because I was not satisfied with the job that was done. I asked to speak to his superiors, and he verbally accosted me. When I checked the work myself, I noticed that the leakage issue was not resolved. I spoke to Ted from Everdry, and he admitted that the work they did was subpar. The following day, I spoke with Ted's superiors, and he also sided with me, but they did not offer a reasonable solution. I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my neighborhood. I also feel like they violated me and my property."

These delays included in permiting, inspections, availability of materials etc. Covid turn everything upside down. However, Bryan Hogeland was able to adapt to the obstacles and never compromised on the quality of his work. We were impressed by his ability to pivot at a moment's notice to the unpredicted challenges the arose. Bryan's greatest characteristic is his thorough communication. He would even call at night in the middle of a torrential rain storm to make sure that there were no leaks. We can say that I really believed that he was as invested in this project as we were. It was a true partnership."
