My local move from one neighborhood to another took three days because of the size of my house. The crew arrived to pack on the first day and prepared everything quickly. The packing was done securely, and I have found no broken objects while unpacking the boxes. They came back on the second and third days and got right to work. I was pleased with the care that Andrew, Milton, and Joe took in carrying and loading my furniture. They always were polite and consistently asked me for guidance on where we wanted furniture and other objects placed in the new house. Their hard work was impressive, and I was glad that they were working for me.

I’ve been moving homes for the last 20 years and this is by far the best movies I’ve ever dealt with. I will definitely use them again.

RUINED EVERYTHING! Traumatic experience. Paid 10k for a full service and NOTHING was packed, dishes and family China is in pieces, holes in paintings, shattered frames, drag stains on my mattresses, footprints on rugs. My belongings were literally DUMPED into boxes. Worst trauma I have ever been through! Completely disrespectful. All should have been AVOIDED if they had done what I paid them to do...PACK! absolutely unreal. unprofessional. After filing a claim, I have been pestered and probed, had people come to my home to investigate the claim, then received a smack in the face settlement. I have relocated dozens of times (even Europe) and NEVER have I ever experienced this level of incompetence and disrespect. Now I have hired a lawyer.

They were great; very courteous and careful of the house. We are so grateful they were able to move a large dresser up our narrow staircase that the Macys people said couldn't possibly go up the stairs. I'm enjoying my new dresser.

Ryan, Milton, and Jevon did an excellent job! They were cautious, courteous and more than happy to accommodate any changes in setup, or the unexpected - my couch would not fit in the doorway and they had to carry it back down. I cannot compliment them enough, this crew is outstanding and they were truly nice guys.

I was extremely pleased with the efficiency of the move and the courtesy and friendliness of the movers. I can't find the receipt where the team leader jotted down the names of the crew, but I can't say enough about their work ethic. Young guys but very professional. No hidden upcharges after the estimate, total time less than 3 hours including the drive (granted, I had packed and staged a good bit of it). I would have no issues recommending them to anyone.

Excellent. The crew leader Zak was phenomenal! Attentive to detail and very careful with cargo. Efficient and liked the idea of weight of items versus a timed move in pricing. Zak paced the truck very tight to prevent any movement. Would definitely hire again.

Excellent experience. The guaranteed price is completely true -- I was not charged a cent above it. I was contacted twice prior to moving, once to quote and once to confirm an appointment. It was difficult to guarantee a time ahead of time but they were very clear about expectations. The day of the move I was contacted early and was given an option for an earlier time. The movers came and were very courteous and accommodating. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and handled professionally. They were so fast to pack up and head out, they were on the road to my destination before I even finished locking up. They beat me to the destination, showing they absolutely do not make stops and your move is a priority. Everything about my experience was top notch, I would use Leaders 100% again and would recommend their services to everyone. For final reference, I had a couch, desk, 2 tables, and a queen mattress moved.

Went great .. especially given the rain! Phil, Antonio and Matt were careful with my furniture, boxes and other items including a very heavy safe and a pac-man machine. This is my 3rd time using Leaders and would use them again if needed,

Appreciate how professional, on time and fast the moving crew was: Tyler H and Ryan R. They were very fast and careful with items. Placed items where we wanted and assembled couch and bed. We had a moving window of 8-9 and they arrived right at 8, which was great. Allowed the move to be done fast and early. Richie arranging our move gave us a fast quote and then updated quote when we added items to the move.

Guys were prompt and worked very quickly! They were polite and careful! Great price! Would definitely use again.
