"pros: Landscaping looks better. Crew was polite and respectful. cons: I was told I would be charged a % to get started but I was charged the whole amount up front. Some of the work was left unfinished. I had to redo a portion of the work that I paid them to do because it wasn't done properly. I have already sent my thoughts to Emerald Green through email. I did not receive an apology nor any offer of a refund for the work left unfinished or the work I had redo. Overall, the crew did the heavy work and it looks nice but I paid too much money for what was done. "

Whether it's a simple mow or a yard in need of desperate service, we come to the job head-on and with those "Getter dun" values to get the job done right. "Brandon is very nice but needs to improve his business communication skills. I had him remove 5 small shrubs and weed around my patio, back fill with dirt and add mulch. Job took them 2 1/2 hours and charged $500.00. We settled on $400.00. Mess made on patio was not cleaned up at end of job and furniture was not put back in place. Overall an ok job but not very professional. I will need to replace some edging that was broken."
