Absolutely horrible. The first job we had them do was about $3k worth of work pulling out some trees and re-doing our pathway. Victor was in charge and did a good job. However, we ended up with a burst pipe in the front yard so they sent someone out to fix it. The worker turned off our sprinkler system and we were out of town for 2 weeks and came home to dead grass. Then we asked them to come out and do leaf pickup and trim our trees out front. They originally quoted me $20 (which later they explained was only the dump fee) and did not trim our trees. It was almost $200 and they wouldn’t budge on pricing at all. Kathy is a HORRIBLE manager who is completely disorganized and rude. Even though I’ve tried several times to contact her over this bill, she refused to explain anything to me or return my calls and e-mails and then she threatened to send us to their attorney due to non-payment. This company is TERRIBLE and mismanaged. I would run far away if I were you. They will never be getting our business again.

HORRIBLE. Over charged and underperformed. Spoke with David General manager he was hostile and not helpful told me I was under charged. Read reviews on line before asking them to do anything. Customer service is a 0. Can’t believe what they would tell a customer when you are paying. Just don do it

He also does snow removal on our residential driveway during the winter.

They did a good job.

Pedro showed up on time and diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes.  Didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need.  Had solid advice on how to save on watering.  Fast, efficient and friendly.  These guys rock at fixing sprinkler systems.  And the parts don't cost an arm and a leg.

They do not get carried away and are very practical in their work.  I live out in the country so they have helped me do the landscaping such that it does not look out of place and it grows into proper landscaping.  

There company was very prompt and responsive.  I am very happy with their service and will use them again.

1.  Did not complete project within agreed time frame; delayed completion of project to start on other projects
2.  Did not repair  flagstone patio as agreed
3.  Did not live up to warranty terms and replace dead trees
4.  Did not have skills to repair water feature as represented
5.  Very unpleasant to deal with in trying to work through issues
6.  Kept all extra materials but charged me for them (stone veneer on courtyard wall)
7.  Sod that installed contained weeds
8.  Did not augment soil when planting large trees to increase survival chances

Dave Bucknam came out and met with me.  There was a huge area covered in pea gravel that the previous owners used as a play area.  I wanted the pea gravel removed and replaced with a flower bed.  I also wanted additional Austrian Pines and Colorado Blue Spruce planted behind the new flower bed for privacy.  Dave listened to what I wanted and drew up a landscape design that was exactly what I wanted.   Dave's guys came out and created the new multi-tier flower bed, created berms for the new trees.  They were professional, responsiveness and did a fantastic job.  My backyard now looks like an oasis!

For the most part with the retaining wall, I was 80% satisfied with the work.  They were more than willing to come out and fix a lean in the wall 8 months after it was done. They are easy to talk with, and always willing to help.
