From the initial visit to measure through the on-schedule completion of the job, the Krumlaufs were professional and courteous as they discussed the job with me and addressed my concerns. At the end of each day they cleaned up the work areas and told me what was scheduled to be done the next day so I would know what part of the house I could have access to. Their pricing is fair. They were very prompt in their replies to my questions. We were not able to schedule until 2 weeks after I decided to go with Polaristile. I sent one text about three days before to confirm the day and time, they replied within minutes to confirm. We provided all the materials for the project. They made it very clear exactly what I needed to buy. When they arrived, they took great care in making sure all the granite, floors, and cabinets were protected with coverings. They estimated the project would take 2 days and they finished in a day and a half. I reviewed my expectations about the placement of the tile with Steven. Due to the size of the tile he had to make a few adjustments, but he communicated that to me BEFORE he proceeded. We are very pleased with the final result."
