I was contacted the night before letting me know when the crew would be there. A crew of five guys arrived on time. They all very friendly and they explained how the job was going to be done. They started the job and were AMAZING at removing the old and installing the new window. This job was completed in approximately 3-1/2 hours! Because if there is an error in measurements the delay will not be compensated for the time you need to adjust your work schedule, if you work and need to be home during the install. I had to take off two days and another one for an upcoming window that was miss measured. Excellent quality of Windows however and excellent installation professionals."
