At Caputo's Heating & Cooling we specialize in everything H(heating) V(ventilation) AC(air conditioning). We are confident enough in the work that we do to offer a 2 year labor warranty on all work performed. Whether its service, repair, installation, or routine maintenance we look forward to helping any way we can. As a small local outfit with 2 licensed contractors (18 years HVAC experience between us) performing on each job we can offer great work at an honest price. We offer financing options in order to provide long term solutions on new installations which are more costly than repairs. Locally owned and operated throughout central ohio we offer a product by the name of AirEase (Lennox Brand) which was founded in Columbus Ohio almost a century ago. "Absolutely terrible! Worked with them on a $14,000 home A/C project that they botched. They caused damage to my house and didn't finish the project but proceeded to charge my credit card for the full amount without even contacting me. I then tried to contact them several times but they ghosted me. 1) They sold me on a unit that was 3X bigger than what I could have possibly ever needed. 4 tons for 1300 square feet. 2) They failed a city inspection because of poor installation and charge me for the reinspection. 3) Incredibly sloppy work. See photos. That is how they left it. Messy, unsealed holes into the house, damage to building... 4) Their installer put a nail through a wire causing $1,200 in rework that they refused to pay. 5) When they were finished, the A/C was installed in a way that shook the entire house causing dishes to rattle as it ran. Please avoid. These guys are unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest, and simply not good at what they do."

"After failing to fix the furnace correctly the first time, the attempt to have them come and actually do the job they were supposed to do has been a disaster. We submitted a request through the AHS warranty, and gave them a (707) area code number, which they were able to to call to schedule the service. I was then called by a very friendly woman who asked me which phone number they should call day-of service. I gave her my (614) number. We had a window from 1pm-5pm. Day-of I check my email and see that the tech is on his way at 11:15am, and would arrive at 12:15am. Just after 11:30, I see that the tech is "on the job." I texted him and said I was on my way. Rather than stay, he chose to "leave town" and leave us without a furnace...for an entire weekend. The woman answering the phones LIED saying the only number they had was (613) area code--yet the day before they called our (707) number and then specifically asked me for my (614) number. She hung up on me twice, lied repeatedly, and made no effort to solve the problem, even though the fault was entirely ON THEIR END."
