He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. "We were really impressed by and grateful for how comprehensive the inspection was and how helpful his explanations were. He took multiple pictures and generated an elevation diagram. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.

"We needed a new sidewalk badly and despaired of ever getting prompt service on such a small job.  Many guys wouldn't return calls or even bid on it.  Once we contacted Kevin, we were in good hands.  His price was just about what we expected to pay.  From the day we first called him, through the estimate and on to completion, the job took less than two weeks. (We caught a break with the weather.)  The new sidewalk is built better than the old one: the original builder had laid the old one down direct on the ground, with no underlayment, and had made it too thin.  Kevin's crew tamped gravel down under the sidewalk and installed rebar, as it should have been from the beginning.  They worked hard, kept the worksite tidy, and were polite and prompt.

They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers.
