"Sam Childress showed up at the time we agreed upon. He is completely polite, professional, courteous, friendly, and he knows his business! Every time he went outside to his truck, he put on a fresh pair of 'booties' over his shoes to, as he put it, maintain professionalism! (It was sunny and dry today, too!) He examined the entire furnace hook-up, also the water heater (they are right next to each other). Turns out the furnace was installed without the correct parts, and the trap that needs to be cleaned as part of the maintenance is glued on, so it can't be cleaned! He's getting the correct parts and fixing that for me later this week. The parts are not part of the tune-up charge. He cleaned up everything, didn't really make any kind of a mess. He pointed out that the water heater is leaking, explained that where the leaking water touches the unit it's causing rust. He also cleaned off the water heater as we spoke.
Sam made me feel very confident that he knew what he was doing, and that he was interested in giving me great service for a great price. I appreciated his explanation of what he was doing, why the furnace was hooked up wrong and needed different parts, and his information on water heaters. I have found my go-to company for HVAC! I'm very happy with Sam and his work, and I highly recommend him to everyone getting ready for winter, and beyond!

"Previously I had used Rod Poppe for our HVAC needs, however, when he retired he sold his business to Watkins.  When our air conditioning unit stopped running on Friday evening, I gave Watkins a call.  Since it was fairly late, their answering machine gave an option of leaving an emergency breakdown message or a regular message (which I chose due to the late hour).  On Saturday morning I gave them another call about 8:00 AM and left an emergency message since it was going to be a hot, muggy day and I needed the unit fixed ASAP.  I received a call back from Michael House, the on-call tech very quickly and by 9:30 he was at our house.  After doing a thorough analysis, he found a blown capacitor and low Freon level, but otherwise the 24+ year old unit was in good shape.  Michael was VERY professional, courteous, and thorough.  I would HIGHLY recommend Watkins for any HVAC work."

Nick was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Joe and Kaleb did an amazingly good job integrating the new furnace. Thrown together old systems now look like one streamlined unit. It doesn't just "work," it was put in with some craftmanship (HVAC art). Will definitely continue to use this company."

"Blair's services were great, from Greg who initially came out to quote the install, to the guys who actually did the install. We hadn't had any experience with local HVAC contractors, it ended up being a wise decision on deciding to deal with them. The install went smoothly, everything went just as planned, great looking work. Adam and the other guy who came out (can't remember his name) were the definition, in my experience, of what it is to be tradesmen. "Bob showed up right on time, small explanation of what they was going to do and that it would take about 4 to 5 hours. They brought their equipment {very clean equipment and carried it were it went} in and got busy. 4 hours later, after explaining what they did and the work they preformed, they was on their. there was 1 concern with the furnace and they will be back out to fix it for me.Job well done."
