While the technician was polite and apologetic, the outcome was nowhere near the expectation or the description provided by the salesman. Sharing this as a caution for anyone considering similar work."

"Pioneer did an awesome job replacing a large pad and walkway which had sunken 3-4" due to poor installation work by the home builder(Zicka Homes) 20+ yrs ago. They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"
