 + -1 moreInstead of removing the concrete and the entire faucet, Doll plumbing was able to repair the internal mechanism by replacing part of it, and it is working fine, for a very reasonable price.
Description of Work: I had a faucet in the horse field that was leaking. It was concreted in, and I had an outrageous estimate from another provider, so was very concerned.

 + 1 moreThey were able to fix the problem the very next day. They had to dig a minor swimming pool outside to reach the junction box. when it was fixed they filled in the hole and put the landscaping back as best they could. They then came into the house and capped off the system so this issue would not happen again. When the bill came it was for just over $800 dollars, I was expecting the bill to be several thousands of dollars. We are so thrilled with how much lower the bill was than expected. They came today also to fix a clogged sink and toilet. They were able to fix in about 45 minutes. They are wonderful to work with. When I call them I know the job will be done right and at a reasonable price.

 + -1 moreFirst his employees showed up about 40 minutes late although he did call to say they would be late. Then after they arrived that is when the price gouging happened. He can't be trusted, I would stay away from this business.
Description of Work: We spoke twice over the phone about an estimate for a tub/shower removal and a vanity removal, along with replacement of the tub/shower and after I put in a new floor he would replace the vanity on a different day. I mentioned multiple times I had bought the tub/shower, vanity, shower head with faucet, and sink faucet myself along with doing the majority of the demolition myself that way there might have to be some dry wall cut for proper fitting of the shower walls, but not very much. He quoted me $400-500 total for all the work to be completed since I bought all the parts previously mentioned and had the bathroom ready to replace the tub/shower when he arrived. His workers came out today and I received a phone call about 10 minutes later where he raised his estimate to $1200. I promptly sent his workers away with them not touching anything.

 + -1 moreMy husband detected a water leak in the line coming into the house. He started digging and saw water coming out where the pipe entered the house. We called 6 other plumbers from the list and only one would say he would get there some time this evening or tomorrow, even though my husband had done all the digging and a pipe repair was all that was needed. Most of them said we would have to wait until AFTER the 3-day weekend about to start. Mr. Doll answered the phone himself, spoke to my husband and promised to get someone out to help within "hours." A plumber arrived in less than 2 hours, had what he needed and promptly fixed the leak. He also offered an inexpensive solution to another issue that we had put off fixing because 2 other plumbers had given very high estimates for that repair. We will definitely call Mr. Doll next time.
