Instead of removing the concrete and the entire faucet, Doll plumbing was able to repair the internal mechanism by replacing part of it, and it is working fine, for a very reasonable price.

They were able to fix the problem the very next day. They had to dig a minor swimming pool outside to reach the junction box. when it was fixed they filled in the hole and put the landscaping back as best they could. They then came into the house and capped off the system so this issue would not happen again. When the bill came it was for just over $800 dollars, I was expecting the bill to be several thousands of dollars. We are so thrilled with how much lower the bill was than expected.
They came today also to fix a clogged sink and toilet. They were able to fix in about 45 minutes. They are wonderful to work with. When I call them I know the job will be done right and at a reasonable price.

My husband detected a water leak in the line coming into the house. He started digging and saw water coming out where the pipe entered the house. We called 6 other plumbers from the list and only one would say he would get there some time this evening or tomorrow, even though my husband had done all the digging and a pipe repair was all that was needed. Most of them said we would have to wait until AFTER the 3-day weekend about to start. Mr. Doll answered the phone himself, spoke to my husband and promised to get someone out to help within "hours." A plumber arrived in less than 2 hours, had what he needed and promptly fixed the leak. He also offered an inexpensive solution to another issue that we had put off fixing because 2 other plumbers had given very high estimates for that repair. We will definitely call Mr. Doll next time.
