"Work was started promptly in early July and accomplished efficiently, until it slowed down and dragged on. Crew was pleasant and capable.   Work was finally completed in mid-November, after dispute over final payment. Major work was well done overall but the finishing up was not as well done. To successfully work with Buccilli Contractor it is essential that the contractor's proposal specify all work to be performed.  I accepted a general kitchen remodel proposal and then had a dispute over $2,000 for installation of backsplash, which I believed to be part of proposal.  Dominic Buccilli is a decent man and we resolved the issue.

"Jaime was quick to respond to my initial phone call for an estimate. He came by the house on time, as agreed upon. He didn't run in horror at the sight of the work that needed to be done either :) He called later the same day with a quote for the work to be done and we agreed on the day it would begin due to the holiday weekend. The weather was sweltering on the day the work was to begin and we came home to the job being nearly finished the first day! Jamie was quick and efficient in all his work. The worksite was clean and the completed work is fabulous! We are happy to have a complete, solid garage again. Jamie suggested a gutter to avoid rain/elements damaging the newly completed work and again, he quickly came and took care of that job too. Very reasonably priced for the quality work provided. We will not hesitate to contact Jaime again for any job we need completed."

"It went absolutely perfect. This is the second time I have used this company. The renovation was a bit stressful but Dennis and his crew were mindful of our two dogs and everything went smoothly. Unfinished Carpentry questions, answered by experts

Building a barndominium means converting a barn into a house. Barndominiums are becoming popular as spacious and stylish alternatives to typical housing structures. Old barns that become houses traditionally consist of wooden construction. However, newer structures, such as pole barns, often contain metal exteriors and roofs. Converting a metal outbuilding into a house presents an excellent opportunity to create a barndominium from metal.

Yes, you will need a jack for a rim joist replacement. To prevent sagging and facilitate the removal of load-bearing wood, you’ll need to relieve the pressure from this joint before beginning work.

Due to hydraulics and other specialized equipment, a sill plate and rim joist replacement are not typically a DIY project. Hiring a professional structural engineer and experienced contractors is the best approach to replacing rotted sill plates and rim joists.

Yes, walls on the top floor can be load-bearing if stacked on the floor’s foundation.

Bow windows need support because they are large and extend out from the exterior wall of the home. Bow windows may extend 1 foot to several feet from the outside of the home, so you’ll need to provide additional support to handle this weight. A window contractor will be able to provide the proper amount of support for your new bow window.

Building involves setting foundation posts, framing with durable wood, adding roofing support, and protecting from elements with water-resistant finishes.
