"We signed up for TruGreen in the Cincinnati area to come service our lawn and spray for mosquitos. They had a tech come 3 times and lie about servicing our lawn. My wife caught them through the window pulling up to the house, walking to the front yard to put a sign up, and then again to the back before just getting back in the car and leaving and marking us as “completed service”. This caused us to look back at the other two services and sure enough, same thing. They were charging us hundreds of dollars to put a sign in our front yard. Naturally, I called to speak to a manager to cancel service and he convinced us to stay under the promise that they would redo the services free of charge, and even threw in a few extras to keep us as customers. The very next time they serviced us, they double charged us. I called them to discuss the double charge and remind them of the deal we had made, and they said “No such deal was ever made” and then refused to give us our money back. This company stole from us in every sense of the word, and have been very untrustworthy every step of the way. I have never witnessed anything more unethical and slimy in my entire life. Save yourself a headache and save your cash, and look somewhere else."

The owner handles sales and customer service, and we have an install crew and dedicated service tech. We charge by the hour for repair work. Service calls are $75 and include the first hour of time + any materials. Any additional time/materials needed will include an estimate for you to sign off on before work is performed. Our irrigation systems have a 5 year labor warranty and 5 year product warranty. Our lighting systems come with a lifetime labor warranty along with a minimum 10 year warranty on system components, up to lifetime warranty on components.

"Had to call back out because treatments were not getting the job done. Yard didn’t look to much different. Rich came out no complaint to redo the yard which he did good then. Rich was nice and courteous. His office staff ruined the whole thing. They are hard to get a hold of. They don’t return calls in a timely matter. Once I was able to reach them they yelled and cursed at me and hung up on me for challenging them and being frustrated at the lack of communication on their part. They were condescending. Because they didn’t communicate I had a measly $41 bill end up in collections (that was paid same day) and then treated like dirt by the office ladies who refused to give me proof of communication they claimed to have made."
