Had to call back out because treatments were not getting the job done. Yard didn’t look to much different. Rich came out no complaint to redo the yard which he did good then. Rich was nice and courteous. His office staff ruined the whole thing. They are hard to get a hold of. They don’t return calls in a timely matter. Once I was able to reach them they yelled and cursed at me and hung up on me for challenging them and being frustrated at the lack of communication on their part. They were condescending. Because they didn’t communicate I had a measly $41 bill end up in collections (that was paid same day) and then treated like dirt by the office ladies who refused to give me proof of communication they claimed to have made.

I have been using their service probably three years. You can do a monthly fee, or you can do an advance and get a discount from them. For us, we do an advance. They do what they say they are going to do. They are prompt. When my husband had problems with the lawn, they fixed it as soon as possible. They clean up after themselves.

I am unsatisfied with the weeds in my yard. I have an annual contract with them. I plan to use them for one more year. I will do the yard myself after that year.

"We offer Free Service Calls to all of our customers for fertilizing services and not once have we received a phone call or email from this client. Also remember when providing weed treatments to a lawn if spraying the lawn with a herbicide you only kill the visible weeds that the spray makes contact with. Further it has been scientifically proven weed seeds can be dormant in the soil and germinate at anytime within a 50 year time span. Again that is why people have regular treatments like a maintenance program for your lawn you can spray the weeds visible today and within a week or less new weeds can emerge. The type of weeds such as wild violets, ground ivy, thistle can also be a problem to control in many lawns as these are more difficult to control then other weeds such as dandelions, clover which are very easy to control. Again we never received a phone call and or service call email request for a weed problem, which we gladly provide for FREE with our annual programs."
