We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. The whole team is very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. "I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! "Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."

"The person that did the work was careful and efficient. We are very happy with the end result. It looks like new. The odor from the coating was pretty strong and took a few days to clear from our bathroom because the bathroom does not have a window that opens If we had been able to open a window in the bathroom the odor would probably have dissipated faster."
