These guys came out climbed through our attic, took a picture of our house guest and set a trap. Caught him the next day, set another trap and caught his friend. "Had the whole house insulated in 2016. Just found out that there is now mold in the attic. Have had three different contractors come to look at it and ALL have said the reason is because when the insulation was blown into the attic they did not take the time to rake it away from the soffits. Now I'm faced with a major repair bill of $3000 to eliminate the mold. Plus, to make matters worse, my utility bill did not go down very much after having this done. Only thing I can say is that the house is more comfortable. So beware if you use this company and make sure they install the insulation into your attic correctly!"
