Deyo Garage Doors is a locally owned and operated business. We are a small enterprise that has been serving the Central Ohio community since 1990. Our installer and service technicians average over 20+ years experience with garage door installations, many having been trained by the owner Brian Deyo. We are committed to the best customer experience; the quickest response time in our market areas; fair prices; and the highest quality garage doors, garage door parts, and garage door accessories. Our staff is committed not only to being knowledgeable about the garage door industry but also to educating our customers. Our philosophy is the more we can teach you about your garage door system, the safer and more reliable your garage becomes. We offers emergency and after hour service if needed.

They replaced my garage doors but in the process damaged a lot of the wood around the door. The service man (I won’t mention his name) continues to promise that he would come fix it. Four months later, the texts stopped and I ended up paying to fix it myself. I would have expected they would make the repairs since they caused the damage - guess I was wrong. Not sure if I would recommend.

He reprogrammed it and he did a wonderful job. Two weeks later, they fixed a spring that broke on my other house. They have done a lot of work for me and I would highly recommend them.

On January 8, 2020, a spring to a double garage door broke. I telephoned Deyo Overhead Door Service in order to schedule a date for service. My call was responded to in a welcoming and engaging manner. In that I was no in a state of emergency, I received a service call for the next day. Jeramy arrived at the scheduled time along with an advanced call that he was on his way. He displayed a positive and engaging style. I advised him that a second garage door had a weak spring and should be replaced. I cleared to let him work. Upon completion of the spring replacements, he advised me that he completed a full inspection of the door system and made the necessary lubrication and adjustments to allow efficient operation. From the initial phone call through the departure of the technician, professionalism was outstanding. No question. I will recommend Deyo to others and should I need, I will again contract the company.

Work was done less than 1 year ago and I am already having problems. I have used Deyo Doors in the past and was thrilled with them but something is wrong over there now. I called 3 weeks ago to ask them to have a look at my door and I am now on week 3 with no call back. Apparently they no longer stand behind their work. I am obviously going to have to move on to another company. Very very disappointing because they used to be very good. Even the work they did a year ago was less than I would have expected from Deyo but I thought everyone can have a bad day but now I regret not complaining then.

Dejo repaired my old doors about 10 years ago. I was impressed by his expertise then so I hired him for the replacement job. His installer arrived on time and completed the job faster than the estimate. I would highly recommend them for all garage door work.

We live in the Short North where street parking is horrific and a working garage is a life saver. When our torsion springs broke I called Brian at Deyo Overhead Door and he sent someone out the next morning. Jeremy was terrific. I decided to replace our 30 year old opener aong with the new springs. Jeremy asked me questions about our garage use and we discussed several options. He had recommendations but it was super low pressure as we talked it out. I desided on a Liftmaster direct drive unit and were up and running the morning of Day 2. I couldn’t be happier with the response, options and service. I would not hesitate to recommend Deyo Garage Door.

It went smoothly and quickly. The order came in earlier than expected, and we were able to schedule installation just a few days after that. The installer was very professional and finished the work about an hour faster than he first anticipated. He explained how the new doors and openers would work and cleaned up everything before he left our house.

Jeremy came out the day after we called, and made adjustments to our opener. He called ahead, and arrived on schedule. Unfortunately, our 20+ year old opener stopped working after several days, and Deyo sent Jeremy back quickly. We decided to replace the old opener, and Jeremy installed a new unit. We received credit towards the new opener price for the previous service trip, which we appreciated. We would definitely use Deyo for service, and give them an A+ rating .

Technician offered new cables and hardware but instead worked with them on just fixing the current cable. He did good workmanship at fair price.

They installed 2 doors. They were a subcontractor for home depot. There was a spring that was not level in my door after install, causing it to squeak. I was afraid it was going to rub a rod until it failed. I called them and they came out, they fixed it immediately and figured out what they needed to do. Repaired it and it's working fine. I would have expected it to be discount it a little since it wasn’t installed right.

Deyo Overhead Service gave me really good advice over the phone. I felt very comfortable when I spoke with the owner of the company. His workforce was one man, very nice, and always called before he was about to come out. He gave me very sound advice on the product we needed. He did an excellent job and was very polite.
