He reprogrammed it and he did a wonderful job. Two weeks later, they fixed a spring that broke on my other house. They have done a lot of work for me and I would highly recommend them.

They came right away. He was nice and fix the door. They did a great.

On January 8, 2020, a spring to a double garage door broke. I telephoned Deyo Overhead Door Service in order to schedule a date for service. My call was responded to in a welcoming and engaging manner. In that I was no in a state of emergency, I received a service call for the next day. Jeramy arrived at the scheduled time along with an advanced call that he was on his way. He displayed a positive and engaging style. I advised him that a second garage door had a weak spring and should be replaced. I cleared to let him work. Upon completion of the spring replacements, he advised me that he completed a full inspection of the door system and made the necessary lubrication and adjustments to allow efficient operation. From the initial phone call through the departure of the technician, professionalism was outstanding. No question. I will recommend Deyo to others and should I need, I will again contract the company.

Work was done less than 1 year ago and I am already having problems. I have used Deyo Doors in the past and was thrilled with them but something is wrong over there now. I called 3 weeks ago to ask them to have a look at my door and I am now on week 3 with no call back. Apparently they no longer stand behind their work. I am obviously going to have to move on to another company. Very very disappointing because they used to be very good. Even the work they did a year ago was less than I would have expected from Deyo but I thought everyone can have a bad day but now I regret not complaining then.

They were very prompt in coming out to my home for an estimate. Have not had the work done at this time

We set an appointment to meet for an estimate on 5/30 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM but no one showed for the appointment. I called the office at 3:15 PM and they said the individual was in Dublin caught up in the Muirfield traffic and he could come later so we set a time of 4:00 PM to 5:00 pm. Around 4:30 I received a call that he was still stuck in Dublin and would we like to re-schedule since he would not be able to make it that day. We re-scheduled for Friday, May 31, at 4:00 PM. Another associate showed up early for the appointment, which was not an issue, and looked at the old door, provided a folder of material and said it would probably be around $1400.00 dollars and then there was a $100.00 discount but, he would provide an estimate via email. At the time of this review submission, Saturday, June 8, we have still not received this estimate. We even verified that the SPAM or junk folder did not have the estimate.

Fantastic! The gentleman were so professional and knowledgeable. It was an extremely cold day and they never complained. The door runs perfectly now. We are so pleased with the service and so glad we selected Deyo.

Dejo repaired my old doors about 10 years ago. I was impressed by his expertise then so I hired him for the replacement job. His installer arrived on time and completed the job faster than the estimate. I would highly recommend them for all garage door work.

We live in the Short North where street parking is horrific and a working garage is a life saver. When our torsion springs broke I called Brian at Deyo Overhead Door and he sent someone out the next morning. Jeremy was terrific. I decided to replace our 30 year old opener aong with the new springs. Jeremy asked me questions about our garage use and we discussed several options. He had recommendations but it was super low pressure as we talked it out. I desided on a Liftmaster direct drive unit and were up and running the morning of Day 2. I couldn’t be happier with the response, options and service. I would not hesitate to recommend Deyo Garage Door.

The tech. arrived on time and was very thorough, helpful, and friendly. He gave great suggestions on how to keep the system running smoothly!!

It went smoothly and quickly. The order came in earlier than expected, and we were able to schedule installation just a few days after that. The installer was very professional and finished the work about an hour faster than he first anticipated. He explained how the new doors and openers would work and cleaned up everything before he left our house.

Jeremy came out the day after we called, and made adjustments to our opener. He called ahead, and arrived on schedule. Unfortunately, our 20+ year old opener stopped working after several days, and Deyo sent Jeremy back quickly. We decided to replace the old opener, and Jeremy installed a new unit. We received credit towards the new opener price for the previous service trip, which we appreciated. We would definitely use Deyo for service, and give them an A+ rating .

Garage door was adjusted, lubricated and new springs installed. Keypad was programmed. Everyone was courteous.

Technician offered new cables and hardware but instead worked with them on just fixing the current cable. He did good workmanship at fair price.

They installed 2 doors. They were a subcontractor for home depot. There was a spring that was not level in my door after install, causing it to squeak. I was afraid it was going to rub a rod until it failed. I called them and they came out, they fixed it immediately and figured out what they needed to do. Repaired it and it's working fine. I would have expected it to be discount it a little since it wasn’t installed right.

Deyo Overhead Service gave me really good advice over the phone. I felt very comfortable when I spoke with the owner of the company. His workforce was one man, very nice, and always called before he was about to come out. He gave me very sound advice on the product we needed. He did an excellent job and was very polite.

Great! The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and prompt from Brian & Amy answering the phones, Pheng the estimator & Mike the installer. Pheng recommended replacing all 4 panels & springs saying my door was older and panels weren't made any more to replace just the 2 damaged. He felt the existing rails and hinges were in very good condition and didn't need replaced which would save me some money. He also noted that the sensors for the door opener were installed incorrectly (by another company last fall) and not up to code. He quoted me a nominal charge to install them properly if they did the door replacement sine they would already be out there as opposed to a normal service charge. Mike did have to come back out a week later to make a small adjustment to a rail on 1 side. The door looks great and is working smoothly. The sensors are now working properly. Thank you DEYO for a great experience!

The owner was very responsive in contacting us within minutes after leaving a message on Saturday morning. Our garage door was being serviced within 90 minutes of our call. Pheng, our repairman, was clean cut, very professional, and worked quickly. He also gave us a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. We are very pleased with the level of service we received and would highly recommend this company.

Service was completed within 18 hours of call and feel so much better about the work they performed over the old equipment.

the guys showed up on time, replaed the springs in less than 1 hours
