- Choice RenovationsI hired this company to "rescue" my insurance rebuild after a devastating home fire, subsequent to being ripped off by initial contractor. The father and son team assured me they could accomplish the task "no problem." The terms of the first contract were not completely fulfilled, and there were some issues, but overall the finished work appeared good to me as a nonprofessonal. Although not complete, they were overly gracious about being on top of correcting the mistakes and assured me the final details would be addressed timely. I trusted them that they would perform as promised. That contract was for $16.5K and they were paid the entire amount. I entered a second contract with them for $60K which they were paid a deposit of 28,758 by my insurance company. After that, their demeanor changed. They refused to complete or repair the work on the first job. They wanted more money first. In the meantime, I became aware that the quality of the first job was severely lacking as the siding on my house had started randomly falling off and drooping. The fascia and soffit were not cut properly and had slipped to allow birds to enter. The trim around the windows and doors is installed improperly, and in some cases backward, trapping water rather than allowing runoff, which is now causing damage. The gutter subcontractor they sent out spent 20 minutes critiquing the poor quality and unprofessionalism of siding/soffit/fascia/trim, which I videoed to show the Owner, but the gutter contractor happened to be a black man and the Owner called him a racial slur. When I recently contacted the Owner to hopefully resolve this matter, he insulted me and blocked me. This company didn't stand behind their work, didn't complete the first contract, kept the entire deposit on the second contract without doing the work and only wanted more money. On top of that, they gave me a brochure that states "Completely Insured and Bonded." That is a false advertisement and a lie which I found out the hard way. They were as sweet as sugar to me as long as they were getting money, but as soon as they had to assume responsibility for sending out poor subcontractors, that all ended and they do not care that they left me with absolute mess. Not to mention that they were supposed to be "rescuing" my project from the first contractor who ripped me off

Materials estimates were very accurate which meant fewer incidental trips to the lumber yard and no material to return at the end of the job. Aaron is also a boat builder and the attention to detail required by that craft comes through in his construction projects. Visible joints that would normally be lapped were mitered to protect end-grain and improve appearance. All lines are straight, square and plumb making finishing work easier. He seems to have a thorough knowledge of good construction methods and best practices

Would be hard pressed to find any other contractor who could out perform the very skilled employees of Rapid Development. Everyone who see's my new kitchen if very impressed with quality of work that was done. My old kitchen had been remodeled in 1974 and had numerous lighting problems due heat in the ceiling. Employees of Rapid Development were especially careful removing cabinets so they could be used again in a different area. They did a fantastic job for me and I will gladly have them back for any future projects
- KELLER BROTHERS CONSTRUCTIONWonderful contractor. On time daily, the work was impeccable. They added a portico to the front of our house (badly needed) since all we had was a small stoop. Removed the concrete stoop, built a new enlarged area, roofed the whole thing, wrapped everything in cedar, caulked where necessary and it looks like the house was built with it already attached. We could not be happier with the quality of work this company did and will definitely recommend and use again

As with any home, we had a few small issues that needed to be resolved and Eli and his team came back immediately and fixed them even though the issues weren't their fault. We had a few pieces of concrete siding that expanded in the spring because they installed them in the worst winter I can remember. These guys still came over and fixed them the next day. - MC KINZIE CONSTRUCTIONWe needed some "handyman" work done around the house and farm. Roger was able to very competently complete all requested repairs in a very timely fashion. He has the tools to do the job right and the price was very reasonable. My husband had forgotten to tell him to do one thing, and he ran in to Roger several days later, followed my husband home and completed the task at "No Charge"
