Suttle had to remove concrete coping blocks, rework and replace fiberglass pool wall caps, then relay the coping blocks. While this was a very dirty job, the end result is a completely restored pool coping.

We explained what we wanted and they followed through to the "T".....they even suggested some things that we did not think of and their suggestions were fantastic. we have had our house looked at by an architect that builds multi-million dollar homes and he said he could not believe the quality and the workmanship of our builder
- Berlin Constructionhome. Berlin came in the same day, pulled people off of other less pressing jobs, and repaired the house even better than the first time. After that experience we recommended Berlin to 2-3 friends ( with some trepidation) because we knew that these people were very discriminating buyers and could be challenging to impress. Thankfully Berlin again came through with flying colors and both of our referral people were VERY impressed with houses much bigger and more complicated than our Williamsburg-style home. Since then we have seen them do commercial jobs, remodeling, and work for many other people. Everyone with whom we have talked raves about their honesty, communication skills, and their tremendous pride of workmanship. Berlin's staff and workers remain friends of ours, have done other jobs for us ( an add on porch, remodeling my dental office,etc.) and continue to be busy. Would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again. It is refreshing to find such honest craftsmen that value their work and their customers' wishes
- RAYMOND J SCHAEFER INCOn April 11, 2012 I arrived at our family vacation home to find that a very large branch from the 250 year old oak tree in the back yard had fallen on and crushed the roof of the 1978 addition to our 100 year old vacation home. At the time I was at a loss as to how to proceed. A friend who is a year round resident of the community said Raymond was working around the corner and went to get him. Within a half hour Raymond arrived, assessed the situation and said that as soon as the tree was removed he would send a crew to seal to roof. His crew arrived the next morning and tarped the damaged areas, determined that the house was safe to live in and conferred with the insurance adjuster. A bid was prepared, submitted to the insurance company and approved. Working around his preplanned schedule and with our blessing (the roof was very well tarped, no leaks) Raymond waited till the middle of May, after the rest of the tree was removed, to begin tearing off the damaged roof and completely rebuilding said roof. Raymond's Lakeside foreman, Kevin was at the site everyday until the job was done. Work was beautifully done, you cannot tell there was ever any damage

- SCHUMACHER HOMESThe building process was detailed. We were somewhat overwhelmed at all the details and decisions we were required to make. This was the first house we had ever built so we were very naive as to the process.
- K HOVNANIAN HOMESTerrible. When someone is walking anywhere on the second floor family room and 2nd bedroom, there is a loud crackling noise heard directly below. It's so loud that it wakes you up in the master bedroom on the first floor. They claim it is normal joist deflection and refuse to fix it despite their one year warranty. This is complete garbage. The home was completed 6 months ago. Most unethical company I've ever dealt with. I built 2 other homes prior to this and never experienced anything like this. A warranty from a dishonest company is of no use. Use anyone but these crooks

"Previous piering companies had tried and failed to solve our sinking foundation problem with undersized piers. After researching available options and getting quotes from a few companies, we chose Expert House Movers to excavate around our foundation, install custom made piers to support the weight of our house (full masonry, stone foundation, slate roof and terazzo floos) and spray a rubberized coating on the below ground portion of our foundation to stop future water penetrations in our stone foundation. They showed up promptly, performed the necessary work in a timely matter and were careful of the landscaping we wanted to keep. The job itself took longer than anticipated mostly due to additional work needed once the foundation was exposed (tuckpointing, new window wells, etc). There was minor damage to the sprinkler system and the water service line, but we were compensated for the damage by EHM. My only complaint was the amount of old drainage pipes and broken concrete that was left on site during the work and not removed until the end of the job.
