They did a custom shower (easier for them to get in & out of), moved the toilet to a better spot, put in a new vanity, put tile on the floor, & painted. My grandparent's are so happy with it, & I think it looks great. It was easy to explain to them what we wanted done, & the whole process was easy & quick. Would definitely hire them again. He has the tools to do the job right and the price was very reasonable. My husband had forgotten to tell him to do one thing, and he ran in to Roger several days later, followed my husband home and completed the task at "No Charge"
- All American Builders LLCTom Bell gave us a fair estimate, started the project when he said he would, and had crew members on the job every day until it was finished even though he was in the process of building a new home across the street and has a small crew. I have had a lot of experience with home builders and remodelers over my lifetime and this is the very first time a contractor met his commitments to me such as being on the job when he said he would be, accepting responsibility for items things that did not go well or as planned, was not constantly telling us that any changes made either couldn't be done or would add additional expense or were contrary to our agreement, was reachable by phone, returned calls in a timely manner, checked on his workers frequently, had high standards and did not accept work below his expectations; any work not up to his standards were done over. He was always very courteous and respectful to us and to his workers. We can't say enough about Tom. We would use him again and we can recommend him without reservation

They show up on time every day unless they are working outside and it's raining. They are very friendly and listen to everthing you have to say. Some things take awhile because it's teadious work and they make sure it is right the first time. I would recommend these workers to anyone. He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. In 1 1/2 working days the crew demolished the old completely and then replumbed it and repaneled it and put in all new fixtures and added a seat an grab bars perfectly measured for my height.
