We ended up needing to have the whole basement redone, and I wanted to make sure it was done right. I believe they even replaced the battery for me since the other problems had caused the battery to drain more quickly and expire prematurely. I love the fact that they have a renewable warranty ($75 per year) and all work is covered. Everyone is always super helpful and friendly whenever I've needed to call with any questions."
