"Charged me more than $200 to fix shower drain and install new sink faucet. First tech charged $150 for an assessment but fixed nothing. When I complained, manager sent a 2nd tech who was competent and professional to complete work. Quoted prices are excessive (lump sum) giving impression work is more difficult than it really is. We ended up needing to have the whole basement redone, and I wanted to make sure it was done right. I believe they even replaced the battery for me since the other problems had caused the battery to drain more quickly and expire prematurely.
